Against the whole world: is it time to announce information mobilization?

Against the whole world: is it time to announce information mobilization? Against the whole world: is it time to announce information mobilization?

Communicating with my foreign addressees, of which there are few, but there are (Germany, Sweden, Finland, Italy and Estonia, there was also Israel), I draw one very unpleasant conclusion with regret: 146% do not believe in Russia and in Russia. And discussing the information received, I will go from the bottom of the list. As Russophobia intensifies.

Neighbors across the continent

Okay, "Uncle Vova" from Narva, a completely Soviet man who has experienced "a lot, and many", just like a show with parrots, is watching how ancient Narva is quietly going crazy like that. And because Russia is close, and because "tomorrow we may be next in line." But this does not prevent him from openly trolling alarmists and playing the same Belarusian online game with the Russians.

But really, in Estonia, either they are already used to living side by side, or something else, but somehow everything is relatively calm there. 2 euros per liter of 98-octane gasoline are perceived philosophically calmly, and only students of the University of Tartu make noise. By the way - in defense of Russian students.

But with Europeans it is more difficult. A Moldovan living in Italy, who fled in the 90s during a showdown, also refers to this with the Moldovan philosophy, that is, looking through a bottle of wine. And he says that the eternal Italian gouging in this regard is just salvation. Although the most active part of the population begins to express dissatisfaction with the fact that Italy supplies weapon to Ukraine.

Italian society, into which Ukrainians have been integrating for a long time, has been shaken news that 17 refugees from Ukraine will be housed in houses that the government has confiscated from the mafia. The mafia has not yet commented on this, but there are rumors in society that mafiosi rub their hands in pleasure. Like "our regiment arrived."

Sweden and Finland are, to put it mildly, horrified. Very popular in Finland historical sites and various memoirs about the events of the forties of the last century. With the implication that there is nothing good to expect. And the Finns think a lot about the fact that it would be nice to join NATO. However, the majority, evaluating the news from Ukraine, speaks on the forums in terms of the fact that NATO is over there, and the Russians, as it were, are here. And even the debate is going quite calmly.

The Swedes habitually look for Russian submarines, this is a great distraction from pressing matters. For a change, they began to search in the country for some “zones of Russian interests” in order to effectively hit them with sanctions. Well, it's such fun. We thought about joining NATO for a long time (for a week), so we finally decided that it was not worth it.

But the most terrible Russophobia, oddly enough, reigns in the most tolerant country in Europe. In Germany. Especially in its western part, because in the eastern part I communicate with a couple from Leipzig, but in the western part there are Hamburg, and Cologne, and Munich.

So, in the West they believe everything that the official media and TV channels feed. Especially those with a long history, such as "Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung" and "Bild", whose total paper circulation is under 4 million daily.

Well, it's just that they, refined Germans, do it this way: to believe what the newspapers write. Especially, old editions, with a reputation.

It is clear that those who fled from Ukraine will still show the level of their culture, but the Germans already have some kind of immunity from rudeness and lawlessness, obtained during the time of the acceptance of refugees from Africa. It's not that all the Germans suddenly turned out to be completely patient, but definitely, "the German is no longer the same."

That is why today in German cities the windows of Russian shops are smashed, cars are mutilated, drivers' fights at heavy truck parking lots have become the norm.

The police, as during the emigrant terror of the recent past, when the “refugees” who arrived from Africa arranged a fun life for German women, they limit themselves to drawing up protocols, which, most likely, are right there in the police station and go to the trash.

Because Russians.

My German interlocutors are people more focused on Russia, with clear brains. They don’t really want to argue with opponents on these topics, they still live in this madhouse. But to object is a sacred thing.

Donbass, where more than 14 people, including children, died in eight years of shelling? This is Putin's propaganda! Ukrainians could not do that! Odessa? People burned in the house? This is again Putin's propaganda! Bucha? Well, you get the idea.

No one in Europe bothers himself with a minimal effort of the brain. What for? Everyone is satisfied. It's easier when everything is thought out for you, written, chewed and laid out in your brain.

What remains? That's right, jump. Preferably with shouts of "Who is not jumping, that one ..."

Why go far, we had such a visitor on our site and even an author, Alexander Privalov. From Israel. He fell under the information blow, which “broke through” him. And Alexander, how to put it mildly, "changed the vector of orientation."

We had discussions for a while, with an Israeli it's interesting. Yes, Israel captured the heights because there were issues of shelling and cutting off water to the country. Crimean water suffering? No it's not that. This is completely different. Israel sent to the other world for the sake of water such a number of Palestinians that cannot be compared with the losses in the Crimea during the return. Three people, if my memory serves me for the whole Crimea. Now the water has gone to the Crimea, but this is an act of the worst aggression.

And stuff like that.

I was sincerely sorry that, in general, an intelligent and enlightened person suddenly starts broadcasting on the UNIAN frequency. It's a pity. But on the other hand, my proposals to turn to Telegram have always been rebuffed. This is an Internet garbage dump, there is nothing for a decent person to do. It remains only to shrug and express sympathy. It is human nature to err, and he has the right to do so.

But in fact, we lost the information war. With a bang

Everyone tells me about it. It is especially interesting when my friends there, in Ukraine, begin to retell the “news”. I can’t say that it is interesting and meaningful, but it strikes with the colorfulness of the idea.

I’ll tell you a “terrible secret”: in accordance with Ukrainian propaganda, somewhere around 95% of those living in Ukraine seriously believe that the Russian army left the occupied territories of Kiev, Zhytomyr, Chernihiv and Sumy regions after receiving a crushing blow from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Only so, and nothing else.

Naturally, Europe, which is unable to use its brains, and simply unwilling to accept any arguments from Russia, thinks the same way. And, accordingly, in the wake of this Ukrainian propaganda, supplies of various, including heavy, weapons continue.

And we ourselves are to blame for this.

Press Service of the Ministry of Defense

Let's think about this question: will Europe watch the daily dull show of a man with glasses? Let's face it, accompanied by absolutely no video sequence in the background?

Will not. It's not interesting, it's not informative, it's kind of like preaching in a church: no evidence, but you have to take it on faith.

So no one in Europe will watch IT. I don’t know for whom the transfer is intended, it seems that the script for it was written somewhere in the sixties of the last century.

I'm talking about a briefing by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, if anyone does not understand.

It is not surprising that on our Telegram channel these briefings occupy the solemn last line in terms of reader interest. Much more lively and direct information can be gleaned from the Internet than from the creations of the PS MO RF.

But unfortunately, they just don't know how to work otherwise. I say this as a person who has worked closely with the press service of the Western Military District for four years and sometimes with the PS of the Moscow Region at all sorts of "Army Games" and other shows. Alas, the stagnant Ministry of Defense simply does not know how to offer information in a way that would be interesting.

But this is half the trouble. The main trouble is that the Ministry of Defense wants to usurp information at the level of "either you do what we need, or go out." This is the biggest omission of the PS MO. But there is nothing to be done, they simply do not know how otherwise, and either they do not want to change to the changing situation, or they cannot. The second seems more real to me.

I'll divert your attention. Tank remember biathlon? How was it interesting in the first couple of years? Prime time on Channel One, reruns on Zvezda. Watched with interest by the whole country. But over the past time, the same scenario, to put it mildly, has become boring. And the broadcasts migrated to a quieter time, and then they went into recordings in general. Well, how much can you drive the same thing? After all, in reality, if you remove the date, you won’t be able to distinguish what year they show you.

But competitions for cooks, seamstresses, accountants, traffic inspectors, police officers, dog breeders, topographers and horse breeders began to rivet. True, they do not show anything, because it is simply impossible to watch. There are competitions in which from 2 to 4 teams participated, if you look at 2021, for example.

What is it for? Moreover, the Press Service of the Ministry of Defense is not able to give out information of a decent level, which can be watched and listened to without disgust. But we have a vicious circle, because apart from the Moscow Region and a couple of media outlets (RT, KP, Izvestia), there is nowhere else to take it.

The only thing left is the Internet. More precisely, its cut in the form of Telegram. And then bread, as they say. There you can see what is happening in Ukraine almost in real time from the participants. Thank God, at least the forbidding hand of our state has not yet reached there. So it could be much worse.

In summary, the situation is such that virtually no one watches or reads our official media abroad. They are just blocked there. Like us, hardly anyone will read the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, the Times, or the Guardian.

Internet. His Majesty Internet

Unfortunately, everything is sad here too. Mostly volunteers work tirelessly. But alas, the Russian information militia is no match for the army that opposes it on the other side.

Why was it impossible to organize a real Internet army from among those who would really like to convey truthful information to the rest of the world? This would have cost much less in rubles than those spent on the press service of the Moscow Region, which does not work from the word “absolutely” and on the promotion of the expensive, but lost for almost all of Europe, RT television company.

Is it so difficult to organize a shaft of channels that would fill the information space of Instagram, Facebook and other networks in all available languages? It's not difficult at all. “Grads” and “Hurricanes” of messages in German, English, Spanish and French would have fallen on Europe and there, instead of sending curses to Russia, they would have gone to their own administrations to protest against the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

Instead, we have a modest row of shooting trenches, from where our militias, to which our channel belongs, are trying to fight with single messages. Alas, we are simply not capable of more, only to reprint other people's messages with occasional inclusions of our own topics.

Who is to blame? Well, definitely not "Military Review". We do our best to cover events in the right way, but we do it with our hands tied and our mouths shut. So the state decided and we can only accept the existing order of things.

I cannot say that all these draconian laws and measures restricting the receipt of "unnecessary and harmful" information by our citizens are effective. Well, we will not write anything like that. I'm sorry, but things will only get worse. Is it now that a normal person will go on TV, to Peskov for truthful information? No, it won't. Therefore, it is worth looking into the network and assessing what a crazy carnival of rumors and gossip is going on with or without reason.

In general, the example of the fall of the transport An-26 in the Voronezh region at the very beginning of the special operation is indicative. Since our Ministry of Defense was silent, as it usually does, social networks gave out such an amount of dope that it was breathtaking.

Three MiG-29 aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine flew to the Novovoronezh NPP. All three were shot down, there will be photos.
Two Su-24s were flying. Same way. Both were shot down.
Ukrainian cruise missiles and one gunner were flying.
Etc. The madness lasted four days.

And then our Ministry of Defense added when they first had a Su-25, and then it turned out a day later that it was an An-26. By that time, people had already taken pictures, and it was clear that this was not a Su-25.

In general, the Ministry of Defense also knows how to sculpt fakes.

In general, everything turns out, as in the popular proverb: “Tell me the truth, otherwise I will come up with it myself. Will be worse"

A paradoxical situation: the government/state does not trust citizens, citizens pay in exactly the same coin. In general, everyone suffers.

And then someone is indignant that the UN diplomats did not listen to the arguments of the Russian representatives. That's right, they have already read everything in FB or LiveJournal or somewhere else performed by Ukrainians. And this is so, the tentacles grow from there.

What can be done?

Who forbids a real information war? Only not fakes, but their exposure? In the languages of European countries, registering domains with them? Yes, all this can be easily done by our sofa troops without straining at all! And the costs are minimal, to pay for domains and traffic.

And in the end there will be a brainstorming session for the whole of Europe.

It is quite possible to arrange a total cleansing of European brains on the Internet by the Russian Internet troops. And for this you need not so much, as I said. The main thing is that there would be a lot of volunteers. And if you organize young people from universities who normally know foreign languages ... Tremble, Europe.

Alas. So far we are being denied. As in many other ways to help. Unfortunately, the Russian authorities are trying to usurp everything as much as possible, leaving us with an unenviable role.

And this is the main mistake of Putin and his team, apparently terribly afraid of a repeat of 2014, when long before the “white convoys” the Russians pulled out the issue of supplying the Donetsk republics. Today it is almost impossible to do this. Closed borders, customs and everything else. There is no need for uncontrolled independence, the state must control everything.

But our state is not able to control the prices of the most necessary, what can we say about higher empyreans...

But alas, we can't help you here. Our politicians and diplomats will have to wipe themselves out solely through their own fault. The world community for the most part has been processed by the enemy side.

The Russian authorities should think about such a turn. Russia is still late, but can win the information war. You just need to want to trust your people. And he, the people, can not do that. Historically, by the way.
